Aqu\u00ed lo indicado es construir a partir de tu audiencia y tu negocio.<\/p><p>Al mismo tiempo, hay que tomar en cuenta las diferencias entre negocios B2C y B2B. Mientras que los primeros se relacionan de forma directa con el comprador del servicio, los negocios B2B no solo lidian con individuos, sino con las necesidades de una organizaci\u00f3n. Por eso, es recomendable que los negocios B2B desarrollen diferentes buyer persona, adecuados a los departamentos del cliente.<\/p><p>Para definir tu buyer persona necesitar\u00e1s algunos datos:<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 demograf\u00eda (edad, ingreso, geograf\u00eda, sexo)<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 contexto o background (trabajo, carrera profesional, contexto familiar, historia personal)<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 sue\u00f1os, objetivos y deseos<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 pain points<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 comportamiento en internet<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 formatos preferidos<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 rol como buyer (influenciador, decisor)<\/p><h2><b>Diferencia entre buyer persona y target<\/b><\/h2><p>Confundir ambos conceptos es un error com\u00fan, y es que superficialmente pueden ser bastante similares. Sin embargo, hay diferencias bien definidas que pueden ayudarte a diferenciarlos.<\/p><p>Empecemos por decir que el target es un concepto m\u00e1s amplio y abstracto. Se trata de personas entendidas como un conjunto, o sea, de un segmento definido a partir de datos como edad, sexo o poder adquisitivo. El objetivo, claro, es que dicho segmento adquiera un servicio o producto. Mientras el target puede tratarse de todas las personas entre 18 y 25 a\u00f1os, que viven en la ciudad y gusto por el deporte y el calzado deportivo, el buyer persona se llama Javier, vive en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, es estudiante, tiene 20 a\u00f1os, usa patineta y se identifica con un skater influencer que utiliza tennis Nike.<\/p><h2><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo obtengo los datos para crear un buyer persona?<\/b><\/h2><p>Es una pregunta justa que necesita respuesta. Existen diferentes fuentes de informaci\u00f3n que te ser\u00e1n de utilidad (si no es que indispensables) para definir a tu buyer.<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cleverclick360.com\/marketing-digital\/como-aumentar-tu-captacion-de-leads\/\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>Preguntas directas a la audiencia, entrevistas, encuestas o sondeos<\/b><\/a>. Elabora una consulta o formulario para recopilar los datos esenciales y m\u00e1s relevantes para el desarrollo de tu buyer persona.<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 <b>Datos de optimizaci\u00f3n de motores de b\u00fasqueda<\/b> (SEO). Esta puede ser una gran fuente, pero hay que saber qu\u00e9 buscar; de lo contrario, corremos el riesgo de saturarnos de datos e informaci\u00f3n poco \u00fatil.<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 <b>Google Analytics<\/b> y herramientas similares son muy valiosas para recopilar informaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica sobre su audiencia y los temas que resuenan con ellos.<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 <b>Informaci\u00f3n recabada por <\/b>el equipo de ventas y marketing. Esta informaci\u00f3n te permitir\u00e1 saber qui\u00e9n es tu p\u00fablico y qu\u00e9 contenido les interesa.<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0 \u00a0 <b>Redes sociales<\/b>. Aprovecha las conversaciones en l\u00ednea para saber qu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n buscan las personas.<\/p><h2><b>Un viaje continuo<\/b><\/h2><p>Es probable que antes ya hayas desarrollado el perfil (o perfiles) de tu buyer persona. Sin embargo, \u00bflo has actualizado? Nunca antes ha habido tanto flujo de informaci\u00f3n como ahora, lo que implica (como compradores y empresas) mantenerse al ritmo de los cambios del mercado, la competencia y el surgimiento de nuevas necesidades.<\/p><p>Por ello, mantener actualizado tu buyer persona es b\u00e1sico. Como sea, solo es parte de todo el proceso.
